Almost two years on from its initial announcement, Xbox exclusive As Dusk Falls finally hits Xbox One and Series X|S on July 19th! This day one Game Pass title is an "original interactive drama" set in small town Arizona, and it's looking pretty great ahead of launch.
This latest look, as expected, focuses on the game's narrative, although its unique visual design is also on full display. The real star here is the voice acting though, which sounds like it'll be delivered with all the confidence needed to make the story really stick.
Coming July 19, 2022, As Dusk Falls is an original interactive drama. Join friends or play alone, making choices that impact characters’ lives in this uncompromising story of betrayal, sacrifice, and resilience.

I didn't understand what the Gameplay for this was? Like what are you supposed to do? Is it essentially decision making like TellTale Walking Dead?
@Chaudy looks like that type of game yes. So life is strange telltale etc. It looks pretty fun
Looks different. I’m in!
I am honestly curious how you make a multiplayer tell tales style game. They said you can play with up to 8 other players…
I'm in two minds on this. It sounds like it could be really interesting to play, and the team are clearly very very passionate about this one...
That said, the visual style just isn't "clicking" with me on this. Sadly, it comes across as the poor comic book approach of the early 00's where actual artwork was replaced with this weird photoshopped modelling...
Hopefully the writing will make up for the art style (or maybe it works when it's actually played)
Sorry, think I’ll pass on this game. Doesn’t look like my thing.
Very annoying artstyle. I'll pass.
@Chaudy I was a bit confused too. If it's like the tell tale games it will be fun. But if it's just comic books with little movement. I'm not really sure
