Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge hit Xbox Game Pass last week, and we've thoroughly enjoyed our time with the radical retro delight since launch. Of course, co-op is a huge feature with Shredder's Revenge, and well, Xbox gets a bit of an advantage there.
Cross-play is present, but only between Xbox and PC platforms. Other consoles miss out, for now, although the developer has gone on record to say that wider cross-play isn't out of the question for the future.
For a good while, Xbox was more open to cross-play functionality than the likes of PlayStation, for instance, although the latter platform has been more cross-play inclusive as of late. Still, TMNT misses out for now, but hopefully, further cross-play support arrives down the line.
Have you been playing TMNT: Shredder's Revenge co-op? Let us know your thoughts on it down below.

Couch co-op for me. Stinks for the people that wanted this though.
Strange. I literally just wondered this exact thing. Haha.
Maybe it’s something to do with it being on Game Pass. As they say it may open up on consoles at a later date.
I wish more games would skip playstation when it comes to crossplay. As far as I know, sony still charges games for crossplay and I think if more games skipped playstation, then sony might rethink their policy.
@Johnnel I think u've hit the nail on the head right there on how much Sony wants and that's why games are missing crossplay
If I remember right the borderlands creators were moaning about how much they wanted a while back
Any kind of online play would be nice with this game these days. Last few days now every time I go to find players it goes to the sign in page and always comes back with connection lost. Anybody else having problems getting online games with this?
This games also on the Nintendo switch & doesn't have crossplay with that so I wouldn't Jump to conclusions & assume it was all sonys decision as that wouldn't explain the absence of crossplay with the switch
