We first heard about Bright Memory: Infinite for Xbox Series X all the way back in early 2020, and while it was supposed to release in 2021, we still haven't seen anything about a release date - but it finally sounds like it's coming soon.

We've got some new details at least! The game will officially support ray tracing with reflections in its 60fps mode, or you can opt for the 120fps performance mode instead. Interestingly, it's no longer just being advertised for Xbox Series X and Series S either, as it's also coming to PlayStation 5 and, bizarrely, Nintendo Switch.

Here's what FYQD Studio had to say in their latest update about the game:

“I know people had to wait a bit longer, but my partners and I decided we needed to take as much time as possible to make Bright Memory: Infinite shine on consoles. We used that extra time to optimize the game on each device. I was confident about getting Bright Memory: Infinite on consoles, but playing the game on those platforms still feels like a miracle.”

Bright Memory: Infinite first launched on PC last year, where it currently holds a "Very Positive" rating on Steam based on over 26,000 reviews. The previous game, called "Bright Memory 1.0", is already available on Xbox Series X|S.

You can check out more details below, and we'll update you when we get a 2022 release date.
