Those who have been eagerly awaiting the upcoming AEW console game will be interested to know that it's now officially titled "AEW: Fight Forever", and we've got some brand-new footage featuring two newly-confirmed wrestlers.
The two new additions are from the women's division in the form of Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose, who are featured in the footage. In terms of the gameplay, it looks similar to what we've seen before, with a few improvements:
Referee AI has also now been added, which means popular ref Aubrey Edwards will appear in the game.
There's still no official release date for this one as of yet, although reports have suggested it's aiming for this year, and we at least know that it'll be coming to "consoles" (presumably including Xbox) along with PC.
What do you make of this footage? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below.

Is Kris Statlanders forehead that big IRL?
Always a problem with wrestling games, wrestlers leave or change gimmicks... Statlander is no longer a colorful alien. She is now a plain black wearing badass. 🤦🏻♂️
@JetmanUK Yeah, it's bad timing... maybe she'll change for the release, I know Kenny Omega said this footage was ready to show quite a few weeks ago.
This is going to be awesome, I cant wait to play it on Series X!
@FraserG @JetmanUK It does say in the lower corner game footage is not final.
Whoever said this us targeting September was dreaming.
I mean Yukes was never known for it's engines being graphic powerhouses.... But eck
Hope this is improved on
It does remind me of No Mercy and the gameplay actually looks decent I think. This was never going for WWE realism we see in the 2K games and I’m not bothered as long as it’s fun to play.
