If I had any idea on the rules of American Football I'd maybe give this a shot. As it stands, pretty disappointing for console gamers in February!
@frabbit It's not been great this month but as I said on another post I find it hard to believe anyone has finished all the great games released last month.
Seems really weird to me that they released so many great games all at once in January and left Feb pretty threadbare. It's completely unbalanced. Perhaps they still had consoles to ship and were trying to up their value proposition so people would snap them up before the big titles hit in Feb?
Releases like this are good.
It allows us to catch up on backlogs.
@frabbit ya know even as someone who somewhat gets it but isn't an american and has played the one title, I can't speak too highly of it. Gameplay's kinda boring.
@themightyant Yeah I'm with you but it's still nice to see those big announcements regardless of the backlog. And don't get me wrong, I have never been so inundated with games to play since picking up a Series X at the end of last year, and with Horizon on PS5, and Cyberpunk finally being playable this week - I'm just greedy I suppose!
You guys need to be playing Infernax. Great game added day one this week.
Total war looks fun, I'd like to sped some time with that! Hopefully it will be there for a while as I have some more pressing tittles I must play, but I hope to get to total war soon. It looks deep enough that I may need some time!
I feel bad for everybody else, but honestly this is fine for me. I recently managed to snag a Series X, and didn't have an Xbox One or PS4, so I'm catching up on a LOT of games.
@frabbit Aren't we all! Just trying to give some perspective. Too many games, not enough time.
Pretty happy with Madden for free, not the sort of game I would ever pay for, but one I'm happy to have a mess around with for free. Perfect gamepass material in other words!
The last time I played a Madden Football game, it was on the Sega Genesis. Guess I could try out a new version by now.
@frabbit tge core fundamental rules of how it works wouldn't take long to grasp mate. Read a few articles, watch a couple of videos and you'll be set.
