Halo's live-action Paramount+ series hasn't even been released yet, but that hasn't stopped the company from announcing a second season.
Yes - that's right, Master Chief's live-action story will continue. At the moment, nothing else has been revealed about this second season. If we hear anything else we'll let you know.
As previously mentioned by Halo's Transmedia boss Kiki Wolfkill, the live-action series won't be 'core-canon' and is instead part of its own timeline known as "Halo Silver". In other words, it will not impact the stories told in the games, books, or other forms of entertainment, and has taken this approach in order to "protect" the series.
What are your thoughts about a second season? Looking forward to the first one when it arrives next month on March 24th? Give us your thoughts below.

Paramount + is Paramounts streaming service
Looks like south park episode was right. Everything now is going to be called Plus or Max! haha I look forward to this series.
@Xiovanni Don't worry Google Plus Plus is coming this summer! Rated PG-13
Is Paramount+ coming to the UK? (hopefully not) or is the content going to appear on other services that we hopefully already have.
Personally not interested in another tv subscription service right now.
Strange to choose to do it with Paramount, when Paramount+ is only available in a few countrys.
@Murray I think the idea is that P+ needed a big flagship series (like Mandalorian and Disney+) and I think Halo is bigger in US than anywhere else in the world.
@themightyant This is the big question and I can't find an answer anywhere??
It's getting close and right now there doesn't appear to be a way for the UK to watch it? 🤔
@LocalPenguin Bad news i'm afraid. Paramount Plus seems to have been announced for the UK in the last few hours.

Interested to see if this is any good as it's been well proven that a good game story doesn't mean a good movie/TV show. There's always too much and/or too little story to work with.
Though I don't think I'll be subscribing to Paramount+ when it comes to the UK this year. I've got three streaming subscriptions already, and that's more than plenty to watch.
@themightyant Thanks for the heads up mate!
I guess we keep our fingers crossed for a free trial and just binge it 😄
Fingers crossed we get a GP Ultimate perk for a limited time trial of Paramount+ !
I'm just happy MS is smart enough not to make this cannon for the games.
Paramount+ will come to the UK and some other EU countries via Sky (Sky Cinema subscribers get if for free)

other countries will get SkyShowtime, a joint streamer combining paramount+ and peacock https://deadline.com/2021/08/comcast-viacomcbs-to-launch-joint-streamer-skyshowtime-in-20-european-markets-1234817057/
This is definitely one of those “wait for entire season and purchase one month of the service to watch entire season” kind of situations.
