Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 looks like it's coming on nicely indeed. Late last year, we were treated to some fresh gameplay footage from The Game Awards, and developer Ninja Theory continues to show glimpses of its upcoming sequel.
A week ago, a ridiculously detailed Senua model was showcased, sweaty skin pores and all. Now, we've been treated to a bit more of the game's broader environment, and it looks downright gorgeous. Here's a 'shore settlement' concept piece by artist Marco Teixeira:
This may only be concept art but going off the footage we've seen so far, Hellblade 2 looks this good in motion as well. We can't wait to see what else Ninja Theory is building into its brooding, Icelandic world.

I didn't play the first game till they announced this one and loved it ,will be playing day one
Looks great. But the visuals didn't need fixing. I hope the gameplay is improved.
Looking good bit still need real gameplay combat style and adventuring style.
Hope it is not a one trick environment game as well and we get different areas, weather and time of day within the games eco system.
More moody scenery. Why can't this game be set in a nice colourful meadow or something? Why does Hell have to be so depressing?
@Dezzy70 so you hope it’s not like Halo Infinite? 🤣
@Fenbops
Halo Infinite has grown on me still playing the campaign just started the third island, taking me time and collecting.
But yes, your are correct environmental bio variation and weather effects 😂
