Issues like this already?
How long until Squeenix says Eidos was a bad match for this game as well?
@InterceptorAlpha I don't think that will be an issue if the game is successful like it should be. Avengers was kind of a mess from the start, so that's why they got thrown under the bus even though most of the problems weren't their fault.
@InterceptorAlpha
I understood this reference. 😂
What he's referring to, by the way: https://www.retbit.com/2021/11/04/marvels-avengers-was-disappointing-admits-square-enix-crystal-dynamics-ps5-ps4-xbox-one-xbox-series-x/
This game has to success, in order to show Square that Games As a Service are not the way to go.
This. This is the way. Like Mando would say.
Played it on PS5. I encountered a couple of glitches along the way but nothing game-breaking.
I really enjoyed it. For once I actually opted for the full 4K experience over 60 fps. Mainly because the combat was subpar, by far the worst aspect of the game. But the characters, story, stunning visuals and especially the dialog had me hooked til the end.
@Roqka interesting - I will keep that in mind when I get around to playing it as I usually default to the higher performance mode.
@K1LLEGAL There's another reason as well, the 60 fps performance mode was crap. Frames dropping all the time, especially during combat. VRR on the series X can probably smooth it out a bit but I fear it's still going to be pretty bad.
