As part of this year's Gamescom, the upcoming team-based FPS CrossfireX got a new trailer. In case you've missed our previous coverage, it's a collaborative venture between Remedy Entertainment and Smilegate Entertainment.
The new video shows off the game's multiplayer modes. As impressive as it looks, admittedly it's got a lot of tough competition with the likes of Call of Duty, Battlefield 2042 and the free-to-play Halo Infinite multiplayer on the way.
There's still no release date for this Xbox exclusive, but when we hear something - we'll be sure to let you know.

Havent really been following this game. After seeing this trailer I still have no clue what to make of it. In parts it looks like a boring standard COD-like FPS, then "Invasion" reminds me of Crysis, and then it throws some kind of "zombie" horde at the players.
Ill check it out if it comes to gamepass.

If I remember correctly, the multiplayer is F2P and the campaign is developed by Remedy and is paid content.
