It's been a busy day for Ubisoft, with the latest reveal for the team arriving in the form of Rainbow Six Extraction, which is the official new name for the previously announced tactical co-op shooter Rainbow Six Quarantine.
To accompany the reveal, Ubisoft has shared a teaser trailer which you can see above, along with a dev team snippet highlighting that the game is a "modern tactical co-op shooter where you'll be facing an always-evolving alien threat.
The full trailer, along with a gameplay premiere and a "deep dive into what you can expect" will be taking place as part of Ubisoft Forward this Saturday, June 12, which begins at 12PM PT / 3PM ET / 7PM UTC / 8PM BST.

Keep the original name.
I miss the days when Rainbow Six was a serious tactical shooter with a great single player experience.
Aliens??? Really? My anticipation for this game just dropped to well below zero.
I just want to breach and clear and rescue some hostages FFS.
So realism isn't something the R6 team are aiming for anymore I guess...
@russbeer You can thank Siege for that, it's basically turned R6 into nothing besides a shallow online gaming focused experience, yet another COD clone in a sense.
Aliens? Was that ever a Tom Clancy thing?
