Xbox and Bethesda closed their E3 2021 Showcase this year with a first look at the official Xbox Series X mini fridge, which is set to arrive this Holiday. And judging by the reaction, they're going to absolutely fly off the shelves.
Incredibly, the trailer for this fridge has more views than any single video Xbox posted this past Sunday, including the Forza Horizon 5 trailer, the big Xbox Game Pass news roundup, and even the replay of the show itself.
At the time of writing, it's sitting on almost 3 million views with a ratio of 183k likes to just 3.1k dislikes, and the comments are full of praise, suggesting a lot of fans will be looking to pick one up when they finally go on sale.
If you're wondering how this idea came to be, it was actually a promise made as part of a Twitter "best of tweets" brand champion contest, which Xbox was victorious in after pledging to make the fridges if they won.
There's no release date for the fridge as of yet, but we'll keep you in the loop when we get more news!
Will you be picking up an Xbox Series X mini fridge when they go on sale? Let us know down below.

Didn't it start off as a meme first?
Haha that's awesome, fair play to Xbox for running with it. I want one of these as well
@WCB Initially, yeah. The Xbox Series X was being compared to a fridge pretty much throughout 2020, and then they made a handful of life-sized fridges to give to influencers.
@FraserG I love how Xbox have been embracing the memes, hopefully they can embrace Craig. π
I want one of those fridges so I hope they bring enough to Australia.
Well one thing is for sure, no, two things...
@FraserG any links to some memes please? It would run off the article
It sounds like it has another thing in common with the actual Series X...itβs gonna be hard to get hold of π
I will get one if they are not ridiculously priced(which they will be) even though them size fridges are so small they are almost pointless lol
I want to buy this fridge before I die. Life can be very fun and this fridge is all kinds of fun. I must have the precious.
Must have for my man cave π
I haven't seen this discussed much, but in the render those are soda cans. If so, this is gonna be a very small mini fridge. I wouldn't think it would sell for over 100 bucks or so, as it looks slightly bigger than this one (https://www.amazon.com/CURTIS-Mountain-6-can-Fridge-MIS134MD/dp/B08BC2PBKP/ref=asc_df_B08BC2PBKP/) which is smaller but also branded and sells for 30 bucks. Add in a little size and some cool lighting (if it actually lights, remember when we all thought the Series X glowed green from the top?) and I don't see this going for over 100 MSRP. I'll still buy one if I can get one.
