The latest game to get the delayed treatment has arrived in the form of Ubisoft's Riders Republic, which has now been pushed to sometime later in 2021, having originally been scheduled to launch on February 25th.
In a message on Twitter, Ubisoft simply stated it required additional time on the title:
The game is described as a "massive multiplayer playground", allowing you to battle against over 20 players simultaneously as you bike, ski, snowboard, or wingsuit through a seamless open world. When it eventually releases, you'll be able to complete across Career mode and multiplayer events, customize your character to show off your style, and go wild on the heights of iconic US national parks like Yosemite, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.

Given the pandemic is still ravaging a lot of countries, I expect to see more of this type of news.
@IronMan30
Totally agree, best make the most of the games we have. New games and big AAA titles exclusive or not will be in short supply this year.
Bummer. I guess I'll just have to go back and put another thousand hours into Steep in the meantime.
I love how instead of Steep 2 they release Steep 2 and call it Rider's Republic and pretend it has nothing to do with Steep.
Riders: Skilift Rising shall now be known as Mountains & Dirtbikes.
@Grot Back in my day, Steep was coming to NX!
