It's been another incredibly jam-packed year in the world of Xbox, with the arrival of two brand-new consoles (and Project xCloud for Android), along with hundreds of games being released both in and outside of Xbox Game Pass.
As we look back on the past twelve months, we're interested to know how many games you've managed to complete in that time, or whether you've simply been dipping in and out of the various titles available to you.
Have you been spending 50+ hours with the likes of Dragon Quest XI S and Yakuza: Like a Dragon, or perhaps just sampling little bits of everything Xbox Game Pass has to offer? Tell us down in the comments.

26! More than I would’ve guessed before counting - and 24 were on Game Pass
I think it has to be in the 5-10 range thanks to Game Pass. I remember playing and finishing a lot of games during Spring/early Autumn this year.
If I get through Greedfall before the year is out that will be one for me!
I would say 10 to 15 range, So many great games to play.. Merry Christmas everyone..
Only counting Microsoft developed games since there is nothing to play on Xbox for me. 3rd party games (and all Microsoft games) play best on PC after all.
6 games. Halo CE/2/3/ODST/4 and Gears Tactics, all when launched on PC.
Probably 2, maybe 3. I've just bought too many games, adding to my already massive back log...
I have no idea how many I have completed, but it’s gotta be 25+. I tend to play games from start to finish before moving on.
I played a ton of retro games this year with the quarantine. Lots of fun Dreamcast and N64 games for me. A few Wii and 360 titles as well. Longest playtime was probably Yakuza, like a dragon. That one was so great!
Around 10-12 anyone who says xboxs has nothing to play is just a troll or fanboy of the other consoles
I haven’t 100% completed many games this year, but I did beat 70+ games with about 27 of those on Xbox. Maybe 15-20 of those came out in 2020.
Finished all the Gears game in order since I bought the Series S a few weeks ago. My kids really hasn't got the attention they deserve during that time... 😬
25+ for me. Which is shockingly high for me.
At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, Game Pass has completely transformed and reinvigorated modern gaming for me. This year I've played a wider variety of games than normal, and discovered some truly fantastic titles I might not have played usually. Here's to 2021 being another great year of gaming!
@RebeccaEdv Haha 😂 welcome to the site. Gears is a series of great games.
37 on Xbox only.
If sum up PC, PS4 and PS3 are 52 games finished this year
I use How Long to Beat to keep track of my completed games.
Those are the games I finished this year:

Way more the. 50 I play slot of smaller indie titles as not knowing how much free time sometimes I have it's easier to pickup 2-5 hour titles
25+ because of lock down and really got into some shorter Indie titles
I think i finished 6? All shorter Games but that's how I roll. Just got into the Xbox ecosystem so nor bad in my opinion.
Looking forward to playing more throughout 2021.
Merry Christmas everyone and Happy Holidays!
Ooo 25 according to my list but that only goes from march until now!
Jack of all trades, master of none. That about sums up my gaming habits. Started maybe 10-15 games, finished none. But there are some games I started this year, that I hope to finish before the end of next year.
Gears Tactics
Dragon Quest 11
Indivisible
22. Some of them I have played before, but 22 games finished with Xbox this year. And one game on Switch, so total is 23.
8 of them is Game Pass games (or more really, but I have bought them). Even one GwG game 😂
Since getting a Series X, only 3.
Wandersong, The Touryst, and The Turing Test. (All 100% completed)
Currently working on A Way Out and Hellblade which I'm hoping to knock out before the new year. A few others I've been dipping into but not seriously yet.
A surprising lot actually, thanks to the many surprises Game Pass offers.
