The Game Awards will be streamed live on 10th December, but before then, host Geoff Keighley will be sitting down with a number of industry figures to talk about the state of gaming and what lies ahead for the next generation.
Head of Xbox Phil Spencer will appear alongside Lisa Su - the president and CEO of AMD, and Laura Miele - chief studios officer at Electronic Arts.
It's also just been announced that Gal Gadot - the star of the upcoming Wonder Woman film, and Captain Marvel's Brie Larson will also be appearing at this year's show as presenters.
In terms of video game offerings, we can expect a sneak peek of sorts of the next chapter of the Dragon Age series. Will you be tuning in to watch this year's Game Awards? Leave a comment down below.

It's current gen
Ea on next gen?
“Yeah, basically we’ll be doing the same thing, just a bit more expensive and a tad more lootboxes.”
Ooh the top dogs, hope is asks them some decent questions. Will this be in a studio or another of Phil in his wife’s office video chats?
Interesting they have AMD there, since they power both next gen consoles and have their version of DLSS coming in the future, which could majorly benefit these consoles in terms of Ray Tracing not taking a massive hit on visuals.
I can’t stand Geoff Keighley, but.......
In Phil we trust. 👍🏻
I'm sure we'll get some good game reveals, but I normally skip the show because it's typically pretentious.
Awesome can't wait to watch..
@IronMan30
I agree. I hate the show itself. I’ll just come onto Pure Xbox to get all the news on the reveals.
@Steel76
Agreed. It’s very cringe & makes no sense. What does Gal Gadot or Brie Larson have to do with video games? Brie Larson sucks & get ready for a Wonder Woman ‘84 advert. 🙄
But then again, Geoff Keighley is beyond cringe......so yea. Lol.
@KelticDevil yeah, I'll show up here to see what great games are coming to Xbox.
I definitely won't be tuning in, but I will come here to check out the announcements!
@Steel76 Everything about the video game awards is an aggressive push to make the gaming industry more like Hollywood, so don't be surprised when they have celebrities like Brie Larson show up to award games like TLOU2 as the best game of all time.
