The release of Codemasters' Dirt 5 is just over a month away now, and the developer has naturally been busy putting out footage of the game, including this latest look at point-to-point racing in China.
This is part of a Rally Raid event type, which is said to be just one of the point-to-point events on offer, combining split routes, different terrains and incredible landscapes for some awe-inspiring races.
If you're eager to get hands-on for yourself, Dirt 5 officially lands on Xbox One on November 4th (with three days early access available via the Amplified Edition), and heads to Xbox Series X/S on day one, November 10th.
Will you be getting behind the wheel with Dirt 5 this November? Let us know in the comments.

Horrible youtube compression artifacts.
More Series S footage.
I still find it curious that we have not seen a single next-gen game running on Series X hardware. I am not saying this like there is some conspiracy theory going on with Series X, it's just...odd.
@GamingFan4Lyf I'm guessing the specs for the X speak for themselves. But since the S is so much cheaper they're showing off that despite that it is still a competent console.
@Senua Agreed; it looks gnarly. But I’m really looking forward to this game! And the point to point races are my favorite going back to rallisport challenge on the OG Xbox.
@GamingFan4Lyf I don't think they specified that this was Series S footage this time.
@InterceptorAlpha True. Games will look basically the same on Series X|S only at different resolutions. The finer differences in detail (left for the Digital Foundry/techie crowd) will go almost entire unnoticed by most people - especially those who only want to play the latest versions of COD, FIFA, Madden, Fortnite, etc.
Despite that, I am part of that techie crowd that would like to see the Series X version!
@Darylb88 I agree, it is an assumption on my part based on the fact that the video caps at 1440p. I am assuming that a Series X gameplay demo would be a 4K video.
@GamingFan4Lyf It's definitely strange. I just want some sort of gameplay from a AAA studio to show what the X can do. Give me 5 minutes of Hellblade or Fable gameplay. It's just over a month from release and we don't even know what games look like on it
@GamingFan4Lyf This could be running off the default PC build, but I am curious to see if there is any difference in the series X version
@GamingFan4Lyf yes I also find it odd. I’d have thought after the halo infinite debacle they’d want to show off the X’s power...
