In case you weren't already aware, Sony is hosting a digital event for the PlayStation 5 today focused around games. The company says that it will be sharing a look at titles from studios both larger and smaller, newer and more established - in an event that will last just over an hour. You can watch it live above.
We're expecting at least some third-party Xbox Series X titles to be included as part of the show, hence why we're hosting a live look at the event here. And of course, sister site Push Square will be covering the event as well, so feel free to head over there to join the live blog.
And if you really don't fancy watching the show, don't worry - we'll be covering any important Xbox related news to come out of the event following its conclusion. Let's hope for some more great Xbox Series X games!
The event will begin at 1PM PDT / 4PM EDT / 9PM BST.
What Xbox Series X games are you hoping will be revealed during the event? Let us know below.

I may watch out of curiosity, but I'm not much of a PS guy. Never have been, tbh.
"The future of gaming"
Oh, look GTAV again.
The Ratchet and Clank game looked good, also the Spiderman game, Resident Evil Village seems promising too... Other than that, nothing caught my interest...
A Sly Cooper/God Of War, or Jak and Daxter title would have interested me...
@abe_hikura Yeah opening with GTA5.. I was like... really.. a 2 gen old game?
Demon Souls It’s PS for me next gen!!
that was pretty fun tbh. Pragmata is a timed exclusive, and Resident Evil 8 looks really really freaky. So I think it was worth watching even for a diehard Xbox fan.
I think I was more excited with the Xbox reveal because Sony has a bit of a reputation to announce games way too early. But I think it's a good time to be a gamer for everyone, Xbox, Playstation, and Nintendo fans.
@KelticDevil You basically nailed PS5 launch, first-party games are Spider-Man, Gran Turismo, Horizon 2, a new Ratchet & Clank game and the PS3 remake.
@BlueOcean
I told ya. It was so predictable. I knew it.
I have my moments. Haha!
EDIT: spelling error
@BlueOcean
And actually Horizon 2 has no release date. So probably not even a launch title.
And Gran Turismo is not confirmed for launch either.
I’m not sure about R&C.
So I was right about this games shown. I was wrong that Sony would have more than one or two first party launch titles.
@KelticDevil True, release dates haven't been confirmed so the games might not be ready for PS5 launch.
@BlueOcean
Oh and the Housemarque game. I knew that would happen bc Sony always has a Housemarque developed game at launch (Super Stardust HD & Resogun).
