Really happy to see the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - Deluxe Upgrade. I wish the perks were more like this instead of the free to play stuff.
The nonstop free to play stuff always seems like borderline predatory baiting to me. It's just a way to get you to try it and hopefully continue to plow money into them.
@Chuffer I usually ignore the F2P bonus unless it's a game I already play or might play again.
I could see how some people might be lured in though.
Is all just cosmetic stuff for Fallen Order?
@Lup Yup, it comes with
If they're not gonna improve Gold, they really need to improve Game Pass Perks... they don't really emphasis quality OR quantity and that's bad. Stuff for F2P games is hit or miss for most though they should still add more for those games every month just to cover more ground.
If anything, give out more DLCs, from 360, One, & Series games. The Dead Space DLCs that were given away was just mostly cosmetics but was by far more interesting than a lot of other stuff tossed out there, and a lot of 360 & One games previously given out when Games with Gold was good, not to mentions DLCs and upgrades for Game Pass games specifically.
@Chuffer
The funny thing is that the deluxe perks for that game, or at least the extra lightsaber skins/colours and patterns for BD-1 and the ship, were already available for free when I played this game through Game Pass Ultimate two years ago.
@Jark Still really nice to get the artbook and the 90 min making of behind the scenes.
I rate those kind of extras much more than in game skins, much more inline with say a collectors edition of a film. They feel like proper effort has been made rather than just a some different colours on a character.
