This request requires you to backtrack to the laboratory area to take down a special foe. In order to do this you'll want to have your Biosensor Scope attached to a weapon so you can shoot the weak points inside this enemy.

Once you arrive back at the labs you'll find one regular enemy to take down and the specially mutated variant who has many more weak spots that need shot out before it dies.

Make use of the space you've got here, bait the weaker foe out and take it down and then draw the bigger enemy towards you. If you need time to heal or reload, make your way out of the area a little and your target will drop off and return to the lab, making this a fairly trivial case of lining up your shots and taking them then backing off if you need to until you've got him down.
