Psychonauts 2: How To Get A Brain For Nick

A fair few hours into Psychonauts 2, after your first major mission, the game will open up with quite a few quest objectives. One is to help a character known as Nick, who is looking for a brain.

While the game points you in the right direction, once there it can be a little confusing as to what you need to do, so we've broken it down simply for you.

How To Get The Brain For Nick In Psychonauts 2?

First of all, you're going to want to venture outside to the Quarry area. Your mission objective will tell you that you need to head to Otto's Lab, which is just across the lake to the right when you leave.

Inside you'll see Otto Mentallis behind his desk, but to get the brain you actually must ignore him and advance to the back of his lab to the Hall of Brains machine.

How Do I Get A Brain Out Of The Hall Of Brains?

When you interact with the machine, there's little indication as to what to do. You have two options: Hall of Brains and Unprocessed Minds. To get what you need, you'll need to click on Unprocessed Minds.

As you scroll through the brains, you'll notice they're all locked except one - Harry Heptadome. Simply interact with this brain and it will conveniently roll out for you.

With it in hand, return to the Mailroom in The Motherlobe where you'll see a brainless Nick being, well, a brainless Nick. Interact with him and complete the next story mission.
