Earlier this month, it was confirmed that the Paramount Plus Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk was finally rolling out to members of the service in the UK, and now it's officially available to claim — with 30 days of free access available.
So, how do you claim those 30 days? Here's a step-by-step list of instructions:
- Go to the Xbox Game Pass Perks gallery on console, PC or mobile
- Locate the Paramount Plus Perk
- Hit 'Get Link', and you'll be taken to the Paramount Plus website
- Sign up for Paramount Plus, and make sure the 30-day trial offer shows up when choosing "Monthly" or "Annual".
- Finish signing up, and you're all set!
- Optional: Go to your Paramount Plus settings and cancel your membership so it doesn't renew
Once you've done this, your 30-day trial will be active. As we mentioned before, make sure that it says you're getting 30 days for free when you get to the "Monthly" or "Annual" options, otherwise something has gone wrong.
If you're interested in watching the Halo TV series on Paramount Plus UK, you might want to wait a little longer to claim the Perk (it can be claimed at any time prior to August 28th), as only three episodes are currently available on the service, with the rest to be released weekly.
Have you claimed your Paramount Plus Xbox Game Pass Perk yet? Tell us in the comments.

the only things i could find worth watching was halo and star trek.
They really should have just done deals for there content to other platforms because there's not enough here to justify another service
Got 2 weeks off in August so will claim for that. Hopefully something worth watching added by then.
The sub headline is confusing. Is this for free for the length of my ultimate sub or is it just the one month trial?
@Kaloudz that's on amazon prime
If u have sky q with sky cinema you get paramount+ for free
It's a pretty lackluster launch (both in terms of content and technical quality), particularly in a UK market that now has at least 4 major players plus several minor offerings/channels and the big one (Netflix) has just discovered that its business model based on infinite subscriber growth doesn't work as well when people are economizing...
I had wondered what content they offer.
I am spoiled for choice with BBC I player, YouTube, netflix, Disney plus and Amazon prime.
I predict it will fail to take off in the UK. I could be wrong but that's my guess. As has been said the UK has a bunch of streaming services already, which are more established with more content (I assume, from people saying paramount plus' offering is lackluster)
I am going to wait a while to claim it after the first season of Strange New Worlds and Halo are on there. I tried out the free trail and right now there isn't much on there and some of the shows are missing the vast majority of the seasons because they are still tied to either broadcast channels or other streaming services. Also with this and Disney+ they have pretty much killed the stuff Sky shows on their movie channels. Before if you wanted to go to a place with a great selection of movies after their cinema release you could just get a one month pass on Now TV now though you have to subscribe to loads of different services to keep up slowly starting to catch up in price with a standard Sky or Virgin Media package.
@Tangerine with the launch of the most of their content will also be coming off of things like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV so it will get to the point where in order to keep up with all of the latest shows it will be just as expensive as having a standard TV service like Sky or Virgin Media
So I can get the trial through xbox but can't watch on xbox. What a joke paramount
