Update: The Women's History Month punch card is now live on Xbox, and it gives you 500 points for completing one achievement. Keep in mind that the idea behind this card is to donate those extra points, but it's ultimately up to you.
Additionally, by going to your Microsoft Rewards Dashboard on Bing, you can complete another very quick and separate Women's History Month punch card for 150 points.
Finally, there are two new punch cards on Xbox for completing an achievement in Elden Ring and GRID Legends (in certain regions), both worth 250 points. The latter can be completed by downloading the EA Play trial with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and getting the achievement that way.
Original story: It's that time again! We're big fans of the Microsoft Rewards program here at Pure Xbox, which allows you to complete tasks in order to earn redeemable points which can be spent on gift cards, donations and much more.
March 2022's "Monthly Bonus Round" challenge has just begun, and by satisfying a few easy requirements by March 15th, you can top up your account by another 2000 - 2550 points (around £2 / $2).
You'll find this punch card on the Microsoft Rewards app for console, and here's what you'll need to do:
- Complete a Microsoft Bing search on five separate days
- Complete 3 "daily sets" (accessible via Microsoft Bing)
- Earn 3 achievements in Xbox One / Series X / Series S games
- Complete the Women's History Month punch card (500 points)
- Complete a quiz for up to 50 extra points
Unfortunately, we're finding that step four (the Women's History Month punch card) is not working for us at the time of writing, so you may need to wait a bit longer for that one to become live. Everything should be up and running as usual.
If you're new to the Microsoft Rewards program, this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of obtaining points - you can also earn hundreds per-day by completing Bing searches on PC and mobile, earning Achievements in Xbox games, finding Weekly Treasures, pre-ordering specific games and much more. Check out our guide!
Note: Not available in all regions. Full regional details have not been provided by Microsoft.

Nice and easy.
The punch card was about 1 minute to complete on my phone but as you say any Xbox confirmation doesn't work. I'm sure there will be no issues in the end.
I'll probably be up to about 30k by the end of the month so these rewards get nothing but a massive thumbs up from me.
Same issue with the punch card. Fingers crossed it works soon. Had this issue before and had to raise it with rewards team. Which was long winded.
Love rewards ive been doin it since just after it arrived. Also just discovered the other day the total amount I've used over 2 or 3 years is in excess of 340.000 so basically that's around £320.
Well worth it
@Ambode absolutely! I’ve already spent over 300,000 points, mostly on almost 2 years of free Game Pass Ultimate. Now I’m approaching 150,000 again saving towards a free, or very cheap, 1TB Seagate expansion drive.
Happy that the "Earn 3 achievements" part is also the weekly goal so two birds with one stone this weekend I hope.
@themightyant Good idea. Is that with Microsoft vouchers?
My lifetime points stands at 522,369, although I’m currently only at 3,519 points. I think I’ve done quite well out of it so far.
@Jango-Forest yes convert into MS store credit / Xbox gift card. 29,250 is £25. You’d currently need around 234,000 MS points to get a 1TB expansion at the approx £200 price on the store.
But the rumour/hope is that Seagate’s exclusivity deal is 2 years. If so (hopefully) in just over 6 months there will be other options and prices might come down. Fingers firmly crossed! I’ll be waiting till then and should have enough saved.
At the moment it’s vastly overpriced compared to similar, or superior, storage tech. It reminds me of PS Vita proprietary memory card debacle, awful for the consumer.
I don't see the Elden Ring and Grid 'achievement' punchcards. I see 'purchase' ones though.
@TryToBeHopeful Must be limited to certain regions!
@themightyant Agree it's overpriced. Saying that I'm still using the internal storage. Not enough games that appeal to me to warrant any more storage use.
@ymo1965 That's where we differ. I've already had to shove Halo: Infinite and Forza Horizon 4 across to cold storage on an external SSD to free up room for others and make room for Guardians of the Galaxy.
@themightyant I mainly game on the pc anyway. Just got an rtx3080 and hooked up to the tv. Most games will be pc versions from now on and no screen tear etc.
@ymo1965 Nice. I'm the opposite, playing less and less on my PC as I still have a GTX 970. Want to upgrade but
1) don't like the current pricing/availability of PC parts.
2) My TV is no where near my PC. As I sit at my desk all day I want to sit on the couch in the evening. lol
@themightyant Luckily my PC is in the living room. So having to use a mahoosive hdmi cable lol. Still love my XSX though. Just wish m$ would release a few more compatible games though (Blur and Condemned 2 ftw).
Debating whether I should get any extra storage. At the moment it's not a big deal to delete and redownload games.
Too bad those 2.5 k point thingies never happen to us in the Netherlands (I think the whole of mainland Europe as well)
@TryToBeHopeful Click on show all in the app, the Elden Ring and Grid cards are tucked away in there.
@Shigurui I did not know there was a 'show all' option!
@themightyant Thanks, I'm on about 30k so have a ways to go. I guess 25 quid is the largest voucher option.
