The latest Halo Infinite store refresh has added a new "Mister Chief" bundle to the game, and so if you're wondering how to get the Mister Chief AI for your Spartan in multiplayer, it's really easy to do.
Unfortunately, the downside is that you're going to need to fork out the equivalent of $20 for this bundle — at 2,000 credits, it doesn't come cheap. In return, you'll get the Legendary AI model and AI colour, a Rare Charm, an Epic Nameplate, an Epic Vehicle Emblem, an Epic Armor Emblem and an Epic Weapon Emblem.
Once you've got 2,000 credits, here's what you'll need to do:
- Head to the shop
- Select 'Mister Chief' bundle
- And then buy the bundle
- Equip 'Mister Chief' in the Body & AI section
Of course, you can then also equip all the other items in the bundle such as the Epic Nameplate, Vehicle, Weapon and Armor Emblems — you'll be able to do all of this in the 'Customize' section of the menu.
If you're wondering what Mister Chief sounds like, be sure to check the video above before you buy!

Sorry, what ?
I'm totally ok with the fact that they're selling cosmetics, but why so damn expensive ?
It's a real question.
I mean... If they were selling this bundle at... let's say the equivalent of five bucks. FIVE, not TWENTY.
I think more people will be likely to buy it, more income for them, and less backlash against the game.
So why ?
Again, serious question. No rhetoric in here.
Ah now I understand. These big games can be free on gamepass, but the DLC is going to be expensive. That's how they will make the extra revenue. I suppose this was to be expected.
@EquiinoxGII Halo multiplayer is free to play and not on gamepass, the campaign is on gamepass
@Bobobiwan Whalemilk. It's juicy and plentiful.
Why take an honest amount from everyone, when you can take everything from those who are condititioned to throw money at you?.
@Richnj Yeah, but it's a real shame, cause some of these cosmetics could interest me, as i'm not opposed to the fact of paying something at some point for a game I trully enjoy...
But my conscience tells me to not go that way, that I don't have to encourage this. Like... I really want this Iron Man color we can see around since a week or two. I think I could afford it. My wife would probably kills me but I think I could afford it.
But somehow, deep down, I know I should not. That this is not the way.
Plus, the fact of selling cosmetics, in my opinion, totally obliterate the point of batllepass.
I hope they change that. Just... make those cheaper, god damn it.
PS : the all Yakuza saga is on sale, right now. Kiwami 1 and 2 at 5 bucks only, among others.
I didn't buy any cosmetics, today.
I bought the all Yakuza saga.
And I think I did right.
@Richnj ah you are one of the cool kids that cool people whales. Nice one.
It’s a shame that’s how you justify it to yourself because your programmed to blame other consumers and not large corporations…
Little fish like you make me laugh. Keep swimming in your little tank as the large corps feed you scraps while you entertain them with your regurgitation of “whale whale whale” like a little performing seal.
Pats your head. Good boy.
@Bobobiwan you are spot on. It’s a real shame that a series as large as Halo… a real juggernaut in gaming has gone FTP and the way of stupidly priced cosmetics and battle passes. I’d rather have paid £40 for the game and had unlockables built in. Custom armour and colours is sooooo basic that it should be in by default. Multiplayer skins do not ever justify these prices
@Stocksy I don't blame consumers. I see them as victims. I don't call them whales because I think it's cool. I call them whales because that is the term that the industry uses, it is the term the industry invented, it is the way that the industry views them. I do blame corporations for these business practices and I'm regularly calling them out for them.
@Bobobiwan it is a shame. I'm all for "free DLC" to keep MP communities from splitting, but F2P and microtransactions have never been about that. That was more of a happy consequence.
I've never bought any micros or battle passes, and I've never let my son have any too. Which isn't easy because he see's his friends and cousins running around with all the skins under the sun, and he doesn't quite understand why I refuse to let him have any.
Series x restock at Smyths toys uk.
In stock now at various stores, check their website store stock. Mine has 10 currently.
I have no issue with them selling cosmetics since this is a F2P game after all, but they really need to sort out the pricing.
This should be $10, not $20.
I guess if this stuff sells, like the cat ear helmet, they won't feel the need to adjust pricing though.
Free incomplete game with $20 cosmetics, sounds like this is our new future.
Campaign was such a disappointment, the thought that even a minute of work went into these microtransactions, verses one other biome for the sandbox, a place to use vehicles, hallways that don't look the same, story, etc., is insane.
@Stocksy maybe I'm reading passed/past? your sarcasm but the whaling term was actually invented by the industry and showcased during a convention of sorts lol. Here's a link bruv: https://youtu.be/xNjI03CGkb4
For comparison:
This is twice as expensive as buying the battlepass.
Are people really complaining about cosmetic microtransactions on a free to play game? Jeez, you really are new to the genre
Pure Xbox needs to stop making the title of these articles "How to get (insert new item in Halo's shop) in Multiplayer"
Might as well make a section that is what is new in the Halo Infinite shop at this point
Beyond just the ridiculous pricing for all of these cosmetics, it's the fact that 343 put such an emphasis on making sure they were ready to go (and rake in additional $$$) as opposed to having stuff like local splitscreen, splitscreen co-op, the Forge, etc. ready to go at launch. Heck, from what I've read they even left a huge swath of the campaign on the cutting room floor along with variable environments/weather. They can blame COVID all day long, but it's obvious where their priorities have always been with this game.
If you're happy with what Halo Infinite offers, that's your call. But just remember that if you throw money at all of these cosmetics you are telling 343 and the rest of the videogame industry that it's okay to release games that are 70 percent complete as long as you can find other/additional ways to monetize them out of the gate.
I completely understand they need to make money the game but the pricing is way too expensive for me.
If they charge £10 for items such as this is be tempted.
£20? Err. No thanks.
@Sakai sorry I got it incorrectly, but it still applies to F2P games.
It already comes with CIRC. I’m good.
@Stoned_Patrol yeah , don't need a tutorial on how to buy something
I don't see the problem. It's a f2p game. It's an optional cosmetic.
@InterceptorAlpha
That's also my point.
I also don't like they selling dye per weapon or dye per armor type.
@Stoned_Patrol when you right you right.
Its like posting a guide how to get your visa card out of your wallet.
Just make a halo shop section.

These are only for the Multiplayer portion as well right, not the campaign?
They are going to keep making these articles because look at the reaction. They are going to keep making paid cosmetics in games because they sell. They are going to keep complaining. I love my Halo kitty ears because I love my cat and my partner thinks they are cute. I don't care what a bunch of strangers say on the internet. I work enough to purchase what ever I want.
