Forza Horizon 5: How To Gift Drop Cars To Other Players On Xbox

Forza Horizon 5 introduced a number of new features over its predecessor, one of them being Gift Drops. You may have noticed one come your way in the early parts of the game, gifted from random players online. But, how do you send a car yourself? As sending Gift Drops can sometimes crop up as a Festival Playlist objective, it's worth knowing how.

You'd think that gifting cars would come up as on option within your car collection but no, Gift Drops are accessed from the 'My Horizon' menu tab. Simply pause the game, navigate over to My Horizon and select Gift Drop. Then, pick your car and choose to gift it to another player. Sadly you can't choose who to gift it to, but you can select from a number of options such as new players, returning players etc.

If Gift Drops aren't available to you, you may need to progress a little more first. At the beginning of your Horizon adventure, the game will gradually unlock certain features, so keep playing and Gift Drops will eventually unlock for you to send to other players.
