Topic: Please help with mike and can't hear game chat

Hi all I have the turtle beach stream mike. My Xbox is hooked up to a monitor and speakers. Normally I hear game sounds and game chat thru speakers no problem. Once the mike is hooked up I think mike is working but I can no longer hear other players game chat thru speakers . audio is set to headset and speakers. I hate headsets but still want to talk to and hear other players. Any ideas or help would be very appreciated if this could be fixed thank you so much! Oh this is for pubg if that helps
