Topic: Missing Purchased game

Hi so i was wondering who to contact Xbox or ubisoft. I bought Assassins Creed Mirage long ago but and had it installed, however the game kept crashing so I uninstalled it. Now that times passed I wanted to see if it was still bugged and crashing but its not showing up under downloads. when i go to the xbox store it wants me to buy it. what to do, am i out of a game ?

@MistaJ oh that sucks! I may be wrong, but I would have thought that you would go via Xbox, as it’s a digital game purchased via their store.

You would hopefully have an email from them and possibly an Xbox message on your console confirming the purchase, so maybe search for these first as proof of purchase. Best of luck!

@MistaJ When you mean awhile how long ago? I ask cause Mirage has only been out for not even a year hardly awhile ago. Also are you sure you bought it and didn't someone didn't buy it on their account that's was on your Xbox? Like for example a child that has since got their own Xbox and moved their account to another Xbox.

@MistaJ So the only thing I can think off is you did a preorder for the game and either the funds weren't available in your account or you downloaded a beta that is no longer available. The game came out October 5th 2023. I know some games will have a beta for a game available on the store a bit before the actual game releases.

Something similar is happening to me, suddenly games i have purchased cannot be played, saying i'm not the owner. It happened to me with Metal Gear Rising and Spec Ops the line, MGR was bought years ago and Spec ops before the delisting and i don't know why just now they started showing this issue.

Try going via your library and not the store. Sometimes the store SKU changes a bit. Or you could even scroll down on the store and see if the base game is “included” in the one you are looking at.

To check what titles and DLC have been purchased, log in and go here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?fref=home.drawer...

Then, click on Filters and All available to see every purchase since you created the account.

You can also access this on console: Settings, Account, Payment and billing, Order history, All available.
