Topic: Achievements Not Popping

I've had the weirdest problem on Series X for the past few months. Achievements just haven't been popping up. I've looked up some tips for this, and the only one I found involved going into the advanced network settings, selecting the alternate MAC address, clearing it, and rebooting the console. This will work, for a little while, but eventually they go back to not showing up on screen. It's super annoying because it makes the experience feel really hollow when I'm not getting that glorious achievement chime. Does anyone have any tips, or experience the same issue?
