Topic: Cloud gaming not work on any device I have

I brought the Xbox X with 2 years cloud gamepass but I cannot get it to work 'cloud gaming' on any device! My internet is a solid 70mb and it used to work when I tried it for a month on my poco 4 GT phone prior to buying this package with 2 years gamepass.
Does anybody know if this is a common problem and what I can do to get it working?
The game loads up with terrible blotchy squares as graphics and I am unable to even make out what's on the lower half of the screen.
It does it on my Samsung S8 ultra tablet too and on my Poco F4 GT phone now since registering with this Xbox x package I buy.
