Welcome to the weekend! There's plenty to enjoy on Xbox over the next few days including more November Xbox Game Pass additions, a few Free Play Days titles, and of course, the huge Xbox Black Friday Sale is now live!
Here's what we're playing this weekend:

It's definitely still going to be a Football Manager 2024 weekend for me on PC Game Pass! This is surely the greatest Football Manager of all time, and I'm so grateful for the fact it's included with Game Pass from day one.
Elsewhere, I'm back in a Hogwarts Legacy mood at the moment following the hype of its release on Nintendo Switch, so I'm planning to dip back into the Harry Potter world and finish all the side-activities and everything else I haven't yet wrapped up. It's one of my favourite games of the year... it really lived up to expectations for me!
And finally, I'm still working hard at Microsoft Rewards to earn some Xbox Gift Cards for Baldur's Gate 3!
Have a good weekend, folks.

Ahoy folks! This weekend I’ll be singing shanties and casting off my weekend responsibilities to set sail towards the icy seas of DREDGE’s first proper DLC, The Pale Reach. I’m super keen to see all the good stuff Black Salt Games have been cooking up. When I’m not reeling in a big one, I’ll be managing Truro FC in the Vanarama South Division on Football Manager 24 and If I’m feeling particularly brave I’ll have a crack at Alan Wake II.
Has anyone had a go on Teardown yet? It launched on Xbox this week and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed demoing entire buildings with 99 cases of nitroglycerin and a sledge hammer. I’ll probably don the hardhat and take a swing at a few more levels.
I think writing these WAYP entries has made me realise just how much I bounce from game to game because I also want to 100% Persona 5 Tactica now the achievement list is out - I played through the entire game to help with our review, so I’d like to sweep a few stragglers and add P5T to my list of 100% games of 2023.
Happy gaming!

After recently reviewing Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 and subsequently playing through MGS4 on the PS3, I've moved onto MGS5: The Phantom Pain on the Series X. Despite its rather lacklustre plot, it remains one of the finest stealth games in existence, and I'm having a blast playing through it again.
I also decided that I simply couldn't wait for Remedy to add in the New Game+ mode to Alan Wake 2 and started again from scratch, but this time on Hard difficulty. In my opinion, it's quite simply one of the best games ever created, and I suspect it will probably wind up on dozens of What Are You Playing articles in the years to come.
Have a good one, folks!
