Welcome to the weekend! We've got more new content to check out over the next couple of days, including a batch of fresh Game Pass additions, new Games with Gold, and the usual (massive) set of great deals on the Microsoft Store.
Here's what we're playing this weekend:

I don't know about you, but I've really been enjoying the new Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+ so far, so I'm definitely in a Star Wars mood at the moment! The obvious go-to is LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, which I'm continuing to enjoy, but I'm also eager to play more Knights of the Old Republic and Battlefront 2 this weekend.
Aside from that, my focus at the moment is on trying to get some time with Sniper Elite 5, which I'm really looking forward to digging into, and I may also give Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection a try now that it's on Xbox Game Pass.
Have a good weekend, everyone!

It's gonna be a busy (and maybe even sunny!) weekend, so my gaming time may be pretty short-lived but, if I do get a chance to jump onto Xbox for a few hours, I'll 100% be smashing into Assassin's Creed Origins to check it out in all its brand new 60FPS glory.
I've already tasted the difference with this one running at 60FPS on PC and it makes a really noticeable difference to the smoothness of traversal - especially when you're parkouring around large towns and cities - as well as during intense action sequences. I still think it's the best setting we've seen in an AC thus far, even if the side quests and missions can get a little bit busywork at times. Have a good weekend whatever you're up to or playing!

Been making my way through Lego Star Wars slowly. Been playing from Ep1, near the end of Ep4.
Not much gaming-time this weekend neither. Due to the disappointing entries of GP recently and a manageable backlog I try to not missing the Fortnite event this evening. (Thanks btw., your screenshot was a good reminder!)
Recently purchased the Metal Gear Solid collection on Playstation Vita so giving that a bash. Also Metroid on Switch and The Show on Series S.
I started playing Spyro Reiginited Trilogy, Really fun game i think i prefer it over the Crash N'sane trilogy
Diablo Immortal has taken me away from my usual Xbox weekend.
I’m still playing Sniper Elite 5. This game is fantastic! I typically spend 2-3 hours in each map and make sure to do all stealth without anyone noticing bodies or getting into actual combat situations; and it is so rewarding. I love how the game provides organic discovery, particularly with its side objectives and unlocking new starting locations. It gives you a reason to explore every crevice of the map.
Moreover, I like how it embraces using stealth in creative ways rather than using subsonic ammunition. This is evident in the map, “Spy Academy” - an incredible achievement in level design, and really tests your ability for patience. For the first time in the series, I feel like I’m actually using my entire arsenal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this game.
As an aside - I’m still playing a couple of backward compatible Xbox 360 games. I’m currently in the middle of Dante’s Inferno, and I find this to be an underrated gem. This game deserved better reception from critics - and I think it’s even better than God of War in some regards.
Another title I’m playing, although I played and beaten it when it first released, is Batman: Arkham Asylum. This is such a fantastic game. It oozes atmosphere, and I forgot how well it implements the Metroidvania genre in a relatively confided open world. In fact, I believe it reigns supreme over PS4’s Spider-Man.
Mostly Life is Strange: True Colors, sprinkled with a few levels each in Blood: Fresh Supply and Boneworks.
I bought a link cable for VR games, just to see how it compares to Air Link (I'm using my Quest 2 to play PCVR games) and it's a bit more stable, sure, but I hated the experience. Made me reconsider if PSVR2 will be worth it. I'm so used to cordless VR that I'm not sure I can readjust to being tethered (unless the game is meant to be a sit down kind of experience). To me, if you can stand and walk around, but you're not standing or walking around, then why are you even bothering to play a VR game?
iStunt 2 (Windows Phone) - Been enjoying in small bursts.
Dragon Mania Legends (Windows Phone) - Nearly completed the game now.
The Great Wobo Escape (Windows Phone) - Not enjoying this as much as I figured, but I'll still beat it anyways.
A quiet gaming weekend/week for me until I decide what to play after the Xbox Showcase next week.
Some Halo Infinite multiplayer which is fun, Forza Horizon 5's new season, Pokémon Diamond on switch (left for a while and coming back to it now) and also a quick replay of the game with one of the best ever soundtracks, Brütal Legend!
Finished Gears 5: Hivebusters yesterday. Very good dlc (8/10).
I've just started Dishonoured so will be playing that this weekend.
Playing original ff7 on my Xbox. While it's clear that it's a old game graphic sound and control wise, I'm actually enjoying it.
On my Ps5 I'm farming for the platinum for lego star wars the Skywalker saga after finishing the story. Since my platinum farming is always more of a side thing I also started Fist of the north star. From the makers of the Yakuza series and its visible in every way
Completed Bugsnax which was enjoyable. I got Sniper Elite 5, Death's Door, Destiny 2 Witch Queen, Trek To Yomi on the go. I started Final Fantasy XIII which I haven't played since the 360 days. Graphics looks superb looks like a Xbox One era game
On PS5 I've just started Dysmantle which I'm enjoying so far but can get frustrating quite often, I will also continue with Trails of cold steel 1
On switch I'm still ploughing through xenoblade chronicles 2 but there's just so many side quests and things to do for your blades that I don't think il complete it in time for xenoblade chronicles 3, I have also recently started the Layton Katrielle game
Diablo 2 & 3 on X Box Series X.
I'ma carry on in the Ascent most likely and maybe a bit of Eiyuden Chronicles on xcloud. Fam is having a great time with Pokemon Snap currently as well.
Cyberpunk for me. Game is much improved after the Series X/S patch.
Currently 105hrs into it and hopefully coming to the end soon. Probably too many gigs and NCPD missions in my opinion, but am determined to power through. Will need something a bit chiller next....thinking about Lake
've got a brand spanking new OLED TV arriving next week, so I'm putting off a lot of stuff until I get it. So probably just a bit of FIFA, or maybe properly starting Dark Souls 3 (the last of the Fromsoft Souls games I've got left to play)
Diablo Immortal — Mobile: I am seriously hooked on this game right now. Thing is this don't feel like a mobile game. Just got my Demon Hunter to level 21 and defeated the Skelton King.
Cyberpunk 2077, Diablo Immortal and something from NSO. Just got the Expansion pack.
Yeah I’m playing Diablo Immortal on pc and I agree that it doesn’t feel like a mobile.
However it seems like the dreaded monetization squeeze kicks in heavily around level 32, so I’m concerned about my options when that occurs!
Rocket league & AC origins, never played yet 😃
Diablo Immortal on iPhone, AC: Origins and ESO on Series S, and Dragon Quest XI, FF7 on Switch. Diablo is surprisingly good!
My Series X Came in Wednesday and since then I’ve been diving back into Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite. The quick resume is so nice! Those games are night and day more fun to play compared to on the OneX. I’m also still grinding through Gran Turismo 7. Have a great weekend!
Umbrella & darkside chronicles
Still playing through daemon x machina on switch. When done with that, I’m going to look for a tactical rpg to get my fix in. Prob something on switch.
