Once again, there's been a lot of talk lately about the potential of a remake or remaster for The Simpsons: Hit & Run, with much of it brought about by the YouTuber reubs, who has taken it upon himself to the remake the game.
In terms of an official release though, there's no sign of any new version of The Simpsons: Hit & Run in the works, even though it consistently seems to be among the top few games from past eras that people want on modern consoles.
Last year, The Simpsons co-showrunner Matt Selman even admitted that he wanted to see a remaster of The Simpsons: Hit & Run, but also mentioned that "it's a complicated corporate octopus to try to make that happen."
Still, we can dream, right? Or maybe you think The Simpsons Hit & Run is totally overrated and doesn't deserve the remake or remaster treatment? We're keen to hear whether you'd be willing to pay for a new version of the game.
What it'll be? Would you pay for a remake or remaster of The Simpsons: Hit & Run? Tell us below.

Absolutely would play these even if it is a simple port. Can only imagine the Trophies involved in the Platinum Hunt
@Rmg0731 Xbox doesn't use trophies, they use Achievements. There are also no Platinum achievements in most games on Xbox.
I remember friends loving this game back in the day. I was not personally too bothered as I was never a huge Simpsons fan, although I could see that it was well put together. I say bring it back for the fans.
Would certainly pay for a remake. No if, and, or buts about it.
@OliverOwen sorry mean play on Playstation, have both buts thats where id play. Would love if this remastered for all platforms. Trophy/achievement hunt would be fun
Hell yeah I would.
In a heartbeat it's the game I'd most like a remaster of
Why is there so much demand for a remake? A brand new game would be far better with the advancements in tech.
I'd rather they make the 2007 the Simpsons game backwards compatible. And, of course, release the arcade game, again, as well.
@stefan771 the Simpsons now is no where near as good as it used to be I'd much prefer the game to be classic Simpsons humour with references to the older episodes
@PhhhCough the 2007 game was fantastic 😍
Yes, but I would be even more excited for a Road Rage remake.
I wasn't a child when this came out and never played it. If I did want to play it I'd just buy the original. 🤷
I'd love to see this remade.
It comes from a time when the Simpsons had some of the best writting in a comedy show, so as a homage to those golden years a remake of this fun little title would be very welcome.
Unfortunately the series has been milked since those days and the writing is no longer top shelf, so a new modern Simpsons game would be less likely to appeal to me.
I would definitely pay for a remaster or newer port of it, anything to bring it back really.
Depends on the price. For £10 or less yeah. On Game Pass yeah. If it were £70 like TLOU remake no.
Shut up and take my kids as a down payment!!
