I'm tempted to try Grounded but have two concerns.
Does it have a story to it? Or is it like Minecraft which is just crafting and exploring with no real goal.
And is it single player friendly? Will I be able to do everything playing alone and maybe change the difficulty for any events that woudk normally be for a group.
@UltimateOtaku91 I've played a few hours single player only and it seems perfectly doable so far. When I've been killed off it has been because of my own stupidity or lack of skill and never felt too difficult. I'm not far into it though so that may change.
And it has a story, it's basically like Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (you may need to look that up if you are not as old as me )
@GunValkyrian 95 percent of that list is 3rd party dude.
I've already pre-ordered Steel Rising. Really looking forward to it. So much so, that I bought the game despite having Games Pass. Really wanted to fully support the developers, and I really enjoyed Greedfall, so I'm hopeful that the quality will be there too...
I can't wait to play one of the smaller releases, Circus Electrique. Darkest Dungeon with circus performers? Alongside a circus management element? Sign me up!
@Fiendish-Beaver I just finished the two first levels (beta). It’s decent, think you’ll like it. I didn’t particularly enjoy GreedFall to be honest but Steelrising is definitely promising.
@UltimateOtaku91 Yeah the story is one of the things being added with 1.0, so you will have clear goals. As for the single player, I've only ever played it alone and I've had no issue. It's really as much a single-player game as it can be multiplayer. So if you try it out by yourself you should be fine. I highly recommend it, it's super fun.
Thank you. I might give it a go today, @Relygon, if the beta is still available...
Does anyone know if we're getting immortals fenyx rising? Heard it was supposed to come to game pass on 30th August, but I don't see it on coming soon section.
