Re: Soapbox: Forza Horizon 4 Hosted The Best Racing In The Series, And I'll Be Sad To See It Go

@RazputinAquato It is frustrating, it's been a problem with racing games for decades. I love loads of those niche racing games from the PS2/Xbox era and even the 360 days as well, but it's mostly disc or bust for those now.
In the case of Forza, I'd love for MS to work on some sort of rolling license for the series. If new games keep coming out with the same cars, why can't the 'franchise' hold these licenses and all the games stay active? A weird one.

@GuyinPA75 did you play BF3 on 360? It had less than half the intended player counts for Conquest, the visuals and audio were compressed as all-hell, and generally speaking the 360 couldn't properly handle it.
No doubt it was still fun at the time, but when you compare it to the PC version, and to Battlefield 4 on Xbox One, it's a completely different game almost.

@Resosaur we often get information on patches and updates privately as well as them going out publicly, it's not our job to then go and find a public source to link in that case.
Anyway, we'd hope that you guys trust us to provide accurate information, and to include links when the information is coming from another news source. We do our best πŸ™

@Resosaur If the information is direct from the source it's not really 'journalism 101' to link it. Do you want us to start including pr emails and phone numbers as sources?
It's common courtesy to do so when using another website as a source because they've put the work in to get the information. In that case we will link to it, we always do our best to be fair in that regard.
