I LOVED that level in Reach, played it countless times! Using this spartan that YOU created made you feel unique, as you hijack a covie ship in space and explode everything. Reach teaches that you can have a fantastic Halo game without the Chief, and I think everyone will have to come to grips with that soon, as I don't believe the Chief will last too much longer

Halo 3 is WAY shorter than 4 or 5, it's not really fair to critize 5 for that. I do agree about the multiplayer shifting, especially as someone who doesn't typically enjoy competitive online shooters. As much fun as Halo 5's multiplayer is, the single player department leaves a lot to be desired. The spartan I created never feels like my own, always covered in red or blue. Halo 4's spartan ops made me feel individual, and it was awesome

My issue with the last one was the lack of replayability, you just wandered around the empty world looking for collectibles. This game seems to have alot more fun stuff to do, but unfortunately Fallout takes priority

I don't understand why Halo 4 divided the fan base so much, 343 gave everyone exactly what they wanted, a story about Chieftana's close relationship. But nooo Chief had the audacity to speak more often, 5/10! >.<.
Not to mention the amazin gameplay!

I wasn't thrilled about another FarCry after 4, but this prehistoric version has my full attention
EDIT: have you played FarCry 3? If it comes backcompat I'll give it a try if you reccomend it

Anyway, I'll be wrapping up achievos in Halo 5, might try to play Forza 6, and tinker with my elite controller for racing

@stylon I know right, you play as Chiefy for 3 out of 15 campaign missions in the game, although I think 5 has the best gameplay hands down.

I love me some Halo 4, very closely followed by 3, although I absolutely love every single Halo. I'm embarrassed how much time I've spent with Halo over the years o.0

@SuperKMx Except Alien Isolation. The randomness of the alien always makes that game a stressful and fun experience, eben after repeated playthroughs. That's why I don't like Outlast, the enemies were stupid and heavily scripted

Okay so the game plays based on your scare factor...so on a 2nd playthrough and you know what's happening, won't that greatly take away the experience? If so, that means this game's replayability would be super low

Well, the "final" boss that DRL mentioned isn't at the very end of the game, it's about an hour before, so I didn't consider it a final boss but it I guess it really is. Aplogies for the confusion . Beating that boss solo legendary was the hardest thing I've ever done in Halo 0.o

I'll be getting the Halo 5 acheevos. The absence of ridiculously hard and unlikely multiplayer achievements means it's actually possible to get them all!
I gotta get the one to win Warzone on all 3 maps, but the snowy map is so terribly designed I absolutely hate it

Halo 4 did not have a final boss, it ended in an interactive cutscene. 5 doesn't have one either

The gameplay is so spot on it's phenomenal. The only flaw I personally see with this game is the lack of things to do, it's either campaign or multiplayer. I really like the multiplayer, especially Warzone, but multiplayer has never been my cup of tea. The custom games' options are extremely limited, so even when forge is released I'm not sure how much that will really add (no gravity hammer = no grifball! Also no Infection!). I really hope they add something else as DLC to spice things up (firefight please!) I disagree with the point in the review that the game still feels like a complete game, it just feels like it's missing something. Hopefully this will be amended in the future.

What ever happened to Grave? That game looked so amazing but it just kind of never came out

Screamride is $30 on the Xbox store, but $40 used at my Gamestop, it's outrageous

I'm waiting on Screamride to go on sale, looks like a blast. Until then, Halo 5

The NXOE has been much improved since the most recent update. It no longer crashes and runs crystal smooth now. Only issue I have is that there's no way to watch game clips of friends since it won't successfully load anywhere, and they just got rid of Upload for some reason

Still not available for me in the US...MS.com still says release date Oct.20.

I've been stuck at home recovering for weeks, so I've already finished every Halo game and prepared for 5.
Now it's Forza 6, but might play ESO if I need something more before Tuesday comes

Only tower defense game I've ever liked was Ord Defense on Funorb for some reason. The genre is just so...blegh

Ugh, I know right? I really miss the 360 BT earpiece. Three of these cruddy XB1 headsets have broken on me for no reason, and I take great care of my stuff.
