Update []: Originally this list stood at seven games, but then Xbox added an eighth in the form of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Now, we're back to seven again - it's been confirmed that Tomb Raider was a mistake and it won't be leaving after all!

Original Story: The first batch of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in April 2025 have been revealed today, and there are seven of them in all - including highlights such as Harold Halibut, Coral Island and Botany Manor.
Here the full list of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in early April 2025:

As usual, these games are available with a discount of at least 20% until they leave the service, and you may find some discounted by a lot more as part of the Xbox Spring Sale when it begins later this month.
The next batch of Xbox Game Pass leavers will be announced around April 16th, at which point we'll let you know what's leaving in the second half of the month. Until then, we've got some predictions elsewhere on Pure Xbox!

Botany Manor is excellent, and not too long. Worth a play if you have a weekend.
Nothing really to miss there for me anyways!
I thought Botany Manor was terrific. It’s sort of similar to Obra Dinn/Golden Idol - you must deduce how to grow weird rare plants from clues you find around the manor and grounds. Very engrossing and you can probably complete it in a weekend..
If for whatever reason you haven't played Harold Halibut, make sure you do. This was one of my favourite games last year. The art style is fantastic!
Tried Harold Halibut the game is beautiful but so dull I fell asleep while playing it.
Coral Island is outstanding. Well worth an investment and probably the only games I've played (aside maybe Rune Factory 4) that matches Stardew Valley.
Harold Halibut is great if you like the point and click genre… which I do. So I feel like I’m about 2/3 done so I will make a final push. Botany Manor was so fun that I actually completed awhile back …

Botany Manor was excellent. I struggled with it at first, but a few months later went back playing with a few other people and together we solved it all. Really good puzzles.
I also loved Harold Halibut. I can see why not everyone would like it, but I've not played anything quite like it. It's a perfect Game Pass game to try, so it's a shame it's leaving.

i got stuck in a puzzle in botany manor and never returned, but it was a fun game while I was still invested in it.
