Update []: It turns out that Shady Part of Me is actually scheduled for tomorrow, and therefore it probably won't show up until the early morning of the 29th. We'll keep it in the roundup for visibility's sake, but just be aware that it'll be a bit longer until it arrives.
Original Story: This week is a busy one for Xbox Game Pass, and we're kicking things off with three brand-new additions to the service today! Two of these are actually 'day one' launches as well, meaning they've never been released before now.
Eternal Strands is the one that's been getting the most attention in recent weeks, and we actually had a chance to go 'hands on' with the game recently - you can check out our thoughts elsewhere on Pure Xbox:
Definitely don't ignore the other two though! Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap is the latest entry in the popular series, while Shady Part of Me is a puzzle adventure that features an emotional narrative and a mix of 2D and 3D gameplay.
If you're not seeing these just yet, rest assured they will be added at some point today! Just keep in mind they're all for Game Pass Ultimate / PC Game Pass, aside from Shady Part of Me which is also on Game Pass Standard.

Eternal Strands (Console, PC, Cloud)

Eternal Strands will be added to my Game Pass backlog. I’m currently still working through my owned games backlog as a priority, so it’ll probably be a while before I get the chance to take a proper look at it.

Eternal strands sounds good but the game looks to cartoony for me but I will probably give it a go see if it can keep me playing!

Will be giving Eternal Strands a go, originally sounded like a it was going to be similar to Immortals Fenyx Rising. Though now seems to be like monster hunter, which I've not really had any interest in previously.

Eternal Strands and Shady are on my to-play list. Never been one for the Orcs series but the other two look amazing.
I don’t know how anyone can keep up with game pass… 11 games in January plus I bought another 8 … I didn’t like the previous Orc game so a bit iffy but the others look like great stuff…

I'm still on an Xbone, but Eternal Strands looks really good. I'm torn between playing it on gamepass (streaming) or waiting for a sale on PC..
3 hours in Eternal Strands so far. Amazed by the overall quality of the game. Graphics, style, gameplay. Top notch so far.
This year is an absolute banger for game pass already, for me anyways. There's 11 games announced i'd buy on the list for the year so the value is really there.
