While we're seemingly in for a quiet week on Xbox Game Pass, the service starts to ramp up at the end of the month, including the day one launch of Sniper Elite: Resistance. Yep, following the Game Pass release of Sniper Elite 5 a couple of years back, Rebellion returns to the service at the end of the month with a feature-packed Sniper Elite sequel.
While this Sniper Elite title doesn't don the number 6, the developer is keen to stress that Resistance features an "epic standalone campaign" and "tense online multiplayer modes" - including the "fan favourite Invasion Mode" making its return.

You can have a gander at these features in action up above via the team's new trailer, and while Resistance looks very much like another Sniper Elite game, we're looking forward to it nonetheless. SE5 was easily the best in the series so far in our opinion, and a really great stealth action game at that!
We'll all be able to see whether Sniper Elite: Resistance lives up to the name when this day one Xbox Game Pass title comes into view on January 30th, 2025.
