Hironobu Sakaguchi is an absolute legend of the industry, with his credits including the Final Fantasy franchise along with the Xbox exclusives Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey, and he's finally returned to Xbox with his latest game.

That game is Fantasian: Neo Dimension, which just released a couple of weeks ago to a great reception, and Sakaguchi told the Japanese outlet Famitsu that he's deeply moved to finally be back on Xbox again (thanks, GamesRadar):

"I made Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey on Xbox, so I was deeply moved to be back on Xbox."

Looking at the reviews, Fantasian: Neo Dimension has a Metacritic average of 83 for both PC and PS5 right now (the Xbox version doesn't have enough ratings), while the US Xbox Store rating is 4.9/5 based on 30 user reviews.

It sounds like it's well worth considering if you're interested, and it's just great to see Sakaguchi return to Xbox again!
