EA is back with another free gift for us all! This time, it's Titanfall 2: Ultimate Edition that's being given away for free to all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play members, accessible by searching for the game on the Xbox Store.
The Ultimate Edition of Titanfall 2 includes all the Deluxe Edition content along with a few extra in-game goodies, making it the best version of the game on the market. If you're eligible for this offer, you should see it reduced by 100%!

If you haven't played Titanfall 2 before, we reckon it's one of the very best Xbox shooters of the past decade - and the same goes for the original for that matter! The big benefit with the second game is that you get an awesome single-player campaign thrown in, and naturally the multiplayer is in a better state than the original title from 2014.
Hopefully this means the multiplayer servers are going to become even more active over the holiday period as well, and maybe it'll even tempt Respawn into making a Titanfall 3? We won't hold our breath, but we'd love to see it happen...

This is regularly on offer for about two quid. But, I guess if you've never experienced it the campaign is probably the best FPS campaign I've ever played. Cheers EA.
Might need to give it a download but last time i tried playing i had a lot of connection issues. Shame we'll probably never get a Titanfall 3.

@OldGamer999 I have started it it looks amazing but I bought robocop and I'm bet into playing that now great game looks amazing aswell I'll jump onto Indy when I'm done with robocop haha
While I do believe number of people that haven't tried Titanfall 2 and would be interested is fairly low, it still is a gem and an awesome FPS campaign.

Brilliant game - I'm not exaggerating when I say it's possibly the best FPS campaign I've ever played. Only thing counting against it is the length (5 hours tops), but minute for minute it's almost flawless.
I already own the base game, @FraserG. Is that why I have to pay £2.90 for the Ultimate Edition, do you happen to know?

Game is great, online is totally broken with bots and hackers, has been for years.
This game is a must play, and is easily one of the best FPS campaigns in the last decade.
Unless they fixed the hacker problem with Multiplayer I probably will pass on this one, no reason to play it if the main reason for playing this game is all hacked to *****.

@Decimateh @Fiendish-Beaver I think it's random people or something. The other day Battlefront 2 wasn't free for me but was for others instead it was some Sims 4 DLC. I think it depends on your gaming history or something.
For me it shows that game is free, and when i try to buy it for free i must add payment way. Battlefront 2 i claimed for free without payment way on my xbox series s. Whats the problem... Please help me
@Gagihunterbb You have to a card on file, or some form of payment to claim it. It's been that ways for me at least for all of the games. You won't be charged though.

Just downloaded and played.
Make sure on series x you turn on auto hdr and fps boost.
Runs like a dream and a 8 year old showing that we really are getting towards diminishing returns, looks pretty dame good and the fps boost frame rate just makes it perfect, smooth no blur panning.
Each day is a different game or add-on for 24 hours only. So that's probably why everyone is coming across different freebies. A little disappointed PureXbox hasn't kept up with all of these, but thankfully I've found all of them thanks to Twitter.
