Back in June, Digital Eclipse announced Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind for Xbox and multiple other platforms.
In an update today, it's now confirmed this "all-new adventure with an original storyline" will be arriving on Xbox Series X|S on 10th December 2024. As part of this, it's released a new trailer, which you can check out above.
As noted in the social media post, you can pre-order and wishlist the game now for Xbox. In some follow up posts, Digital Eclipse also mentioned how the game would support local and online co-op play, but online play may only launch with two players and would "follow quickly" with support for five players.
At the moment, this release is "digital only" in 2024, but the team is hoping to be able to create some sort of physical edition of the game next year. You can learn a little bit more about this title in the original announcement post here on Pure Xbox:

Thank you for mentioning their hope for physical.
$35 at launch for the base game, only 2 Player online at launch, and from the gameplay we've seen so far, the Rangers are just pallet swaps. Even as a big fan of Power Rangers this is a tough sell, especially when Shredder's Revenge with all the DLC is only $33 and goes on sale for around $22 already. Only being 5 players also seems weird. Yeah there's the 5 core Rangers and you unlock Tommy at the end, but you'll never be able to play as the full team. It's an original story and there's 2 Ritas, so why can't there be an extra Ranger or two to make it 6?
