Xbox's latest Free Play Days lineup is now officially live, with Microsoft giving us a good four games to play for free over the course of the weekend.
The clear headliner this week is 2K's Mafia 3, which brings some open-world Louisiana-flavoured shenanigans to the program. Here's your full Xbox Free Play Days lineup this week:
- Conan Exiles
- Destiny 2 (including Lightfall, The Witch Queen expansions)
- Mafia 3: Definitive Edition
- Moving Out 2
You'll need a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Core, Xbox Game Pass Standard or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take part in Free Play Days, given that all three tiers now include online access just like Xbox Live Gold used to. All of the above titles are playable until late on Sunday, October 13.
Conan Exiles and Moving Out 2 are both on Xbox Game Pass, so you can continue playing those using the service beyond this weekend. As for Destiny 2 and Mafia 3, the former is a free-to-play game with many of its expansions currently on sale - and 2K's open-world action game is also heavily discounted on the Xbox Store right now.
Xbox Free Play Days - How To Download The Games
- Search for the game on the Xbox Store
- Hit the "Install, Included with Game Pass" or "Free Trial" button
- Play the game!
Will you be putting some time into any of these games this weekend? Let us know down below.

How old are these games? Lol.
I know a lot of folks hated on Mafia 3 when it first came out but i quite enjoyed it & worth the time i put into it.
EDIT: £6.24 on sale for definitive edition. That is a lot of game for a lunch money price. Oh well they got me another into the backlog
When you download the free play trial does it stay in your library forever (like other demos) and need to be hidden?
Mafia 3 is a decent game some performance issues but apart from that a decent game but probably the worst game of the series!
@IGN_Commenter I would say most likely. Seems be how all games "register" themselves into your library.
Heck every beta I've been in does that too.
