We're coming up to the 25th anniversary of the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series and it seems there's been an update to its official social media accounts.
There's now a special anniversary banner displaying a 25th anniversary logo. This Activision series originally started on the original PlayStation in September 1999.
Recent claims suggest Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 could also be on its way to Xbox Game Pass in the future.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 was released in 2020 and was well received. Since then, there have been stories about the supposed pitch of a new game containing 3 + 4 but it was apparently rejected by Activision.

I would so love it if they would finally remaster 3. Then I can finally retire my original disc on Xbox.
Would be nice but don't see anything happening just an anniversary that's all unfortunately!
They have to do something for the 25th anniversary, There’s no point doing an announcement for nothing, right? Hope it’s Pro Skater 3 remastered.
I have seen far too many of these gaming “anniversaries” come and go without anything worthwhile (I’m still smarting over Mortal Kombat’s worthless 30th anniversary celebration).

I’d be thrilled if they put out a THPS 3+4 exactly like 1+2. Day one PS5 purchase for me (no way on God’s green earth I’m going to play this with the Xbox Dpad and triggers; as far as I’m concerned a PlayStation controller is required for THPS games).
I was hoping Microsoft would revive THPS 3+4 after they bought Activision. It's one of the main reasons I was excited about the purchase.
I'm not holding my breath, if this was hinting toward anything substantial, it likely would have gotten out...especially if MS put VV back together in some capacity to do 3+4, I don't think you could hide that...someone would absolutely leak it.
