Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 & 3 Bring The Spooks On Xbox Next Week

Update: We've since been contacted by the team behind Poppy Playtime to advise that Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 will now be releasing on September 20th, with pre-orders available on the Xbox Store as of September 13th.

Chapter 2 will officially cost $9.99 for Xbox, while Chapter 3 will be a bit more pricey at $14.99.

Original story: It's been a couple of months now since the horror / puzzle game Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 arrived on Xbox, and we've seen it regularly appearing in the Top Paid charts ever since - probably because of its low price of just £4.19 / $4.99!

If you've enjoyed it as much as we have (we gave Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 a "Good" 7/10 in our Pure Xbox review), you'll be glad to know that according to Xbox Wire, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 are set to arrive on September 12, 2024.

There's more good news - for those who were put off by the extremely short length of Chapter 1, the game's second chapter is three times as large as that one, and the third chapter is said to be the biggest and most terrifying of them all.

The only downside is that the price will likely go up. As things stand, Chapter 2 costs slightly more than Chapter 1 on Steam and Chapter 3 is £12.79 / $14.99, so grabbing the full collection will set you back a decent amount.
