Bandai Namco's drum-based rhythm game Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival will be coming to the Xbox Series X|S on November 7th, 2024.
This includes the release of the game on multiple other platforms (including Microsoft's PC storefront) following its exclusive console release on the Switch in 2022. As part of this announcement, a demo will be released, and a new Xbox drum controller by Hori (based on existing designs) is on the way, with more details to be revealed in the future.
This will also be the first time the "home-release" supports a silky smooth 120 FPS. There will be some new "platform exclusive collab songs" and mini characters (including cameos from Mega Man, Monster Hunter and Persona).
