Rumour: Indie Hit Dave The Diver Set For Xbox Game Pass Launch This Month

This week we got a fresh look at what's coming to Xbox Game Pass in mid to late July, with the lineup still looking quite light at the time of writing. However, in that very roundup Microsoft teased another update coming soon - and a new rumour is suggesting that Dave the Diver could be a surprise launch for this second late July Game Pass update.

Discussed in the latest video from well-known leaker eXtas1s, Dave the Diver could be set to make its Xbox and Game Pass debut later this month. Here's the clip where Dave the Diver is discussed, with translation:

Now, this still seems quite speculative so we wouldn't take it as gospel just yet - but eXtas1s has been pretty reliable as of late, so we could see it happening. We certainly hope so anyway, as Dave the Diver looks awesome and would be a great candidate for Xbox Game Pass.

Alongside this potentially nautical addition to the service, rumours have also been swirling about last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 being a late July surprise. Microsoft says we're due another update soon anyway, so we shouldn't have long to wait for this next Xbox Game Pass drop.
