Over the last couple of days, two new dynamic backgrounds have become available on Xbox Series X and S, with both of them being Warhammer-themed to celebrate last week's Skulls Showcase.
We've got one new background for the highly-anticipated Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, while Microsoft has also added a Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader option for Xbox Series X|S users as well.
Here's a look at the two new backgrounds:
Now, one of the biggest complaints we see about these current-gen Xbox backgrounds is their lack of actual animation, but at least one of these is more dynamic than most. The Rogue Trader ship moves all the way across the background, which you can see in action down below:
The Space Marine 2 effort is much more static, but we do like the image a lot - this SM2 key art is pretty awesome! We'll drop another clip of this dynamic background down below, but yeah, it's safe to say this one isn't quite as dynamic.
Whichever you prefer, both of these backgrounds are now available for all Xbox Series X and S users, with Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 set to launch this September on the platform.
