I'll give this a go because...I grew up with 16 bit American Football games but always liked Mutant League Football the best (being a White Dwarf/Warhammer kid). After moving to NYC I still couldn't really get into the NFL but then I had a stint in Tallahassee. Wow, college football is BIG. With multiple stadiums seating over 100,000 and entire towns' economies reliant on just 7 home games per season, the atmosphere is infectious. You could argue the games are more entertaining than pro football too as they take more risks and make more mistakes at college level. I'm glad the players will finally be compensated as they are risking a lot considering the billions TV networks make airing college sports.
Are they paying the players?
@Ryu_Niiyama Yep
I've kind of moved on from sports game the last 3-4 years. I'll try out the trial on EA Play.
If anything will be a fun weekend play.
I’m excited for this
Better feel different than madden like how the old college football games did
Looking forward to this one, been a long time since we have a College football game
Wonder if there will be a 10-hour trial with EA Play/GamePass like other EA Sports games?
Edit: There will be a EA Play trial and it’ll be available early on 7/16. But no word on length.
10-hours would be nice to carry me over until it’s cheap or the full game is on EA Play/GP. 😀
Actually intrigued by this. The Madden series stagnated years ago but I wonder if this will feel a lot different or if it will just be another EA cash grab 🤔
@DoomGuy_117 who cares?
@aria10000 I love you 3000
