Even The AEW Champion Thinks Xbox Vs. PlayStation 'Arguments' Are Ridiculous

The so called ‘war’ between PS and Xbox is frankly pathetic.
Personally I prefer Xbox but can see why some prefer PS.
What we don’t want to see is Xbox leaving the console market because I don’t see who that would benefit in the long term apart from Sony.

They don't deserve to be argued about anyway imo. The Series X & PS5 are as exciting as a tumbleweed sandwich.
It's not like the PS1/Saturn/N64 gen, where each console felt very unique, just for example. Which is something that is absent from those 2 bricks. The PS5 has the haptics & those stupid triggers which feel broken during gameplay as a feature, which is exciting....I guess.

It's always been silly, even more so these days when there's so little difference between the hardware, online cross play and the vast majority of games are on both anyway. I just enjoy playing video games and don't care so much what the box is that's playing them

@Kaloudz He's right though. It's literally just an argument about which multi billion dollar company people prefer to give their money to. Complaining about his use of the word extort is just pedantic and annoying.

@Ichiban I don't really understand your comment. You're trying to compare old consoles which pioneered various aspects of the industry against modern consoles which are improving on those aspects. It's like comparing a mud brick hovel to a skyscraper. We learned how best to stack bricks and then improved upon that technique. The Series X and PS5 are not as unique or innovative because gaming is now a huge industry utilizing technology that's already become commonplace in gaming where the PS1 and N64 were not just improvements but also innovations. Of course the argument has become stupid.

@dok5555555 I think that's a WWE 2K game with mods. He's not in Fight Forever yet, the roster for that game is very dated and they've been slow to update it. No Joe as of yet!

Honestly, most of the fanboys these days seem to come from Sony's highly aggressive fanbase that seems to treat the brand like it's the most important thing in their lives.
