As part of last night's The Game Awards ceremony, Interior Night announced that its Xbox exclusive As Dusk Falls is making the leap to PlayStation next March, and apparently, it might not be the last Xbox title to do so.
Yep, As Dusk falls was originally published as an Xbox Game Studios release last summer - and it's now moving over to PlayStation as well, including a physical version published by Serenity Forge. Here's what's included in that physical release:
What's perhaps more interesting for Xbox fans is a comment made shortly after this announcement. Shinobi602, a known gaming figure and communications rep for Wushu Studios, took to ResetEra to suggest that this won't be the last Xbox Game Studios title we see move to PlayStation. Shinobi's comment read: "You'll see more of that in the future. It's not the last."
What game(s) this relates to specifically we have no idea, but either way, it sounds like more Xbox-published titles have PlayStation versions in the works. We wouldn't expect any huge first-party games to move over, but it appears other smaller indies could make the leap.
Anyway, if you missed As Dusk Falls when it launched last July, we thought it was a fantastic story-driven title and well worth a playthrough. It's still on Xbox Game Pass too, so why not!
