In the wake of Elden Ring and its incredible reception last year, we really are in the era of the 'soulslike' - and upcoming action RPG Lords Of The Fallen is no exception. This one looks bloody good though we must admit, especially if this brand-new overview trailer is anything to go by.
You can check out this new in-depth look up above, which talks about the team's transition from the first Lords Of The Fallen, alongside giving us some more juicy backstory on what's going on with this new iteration of the franchise. Oh, and there's plenty of gorgeous gameplay to feast your eyes on as well!
The current-gen-only Lords of the Fallen looks to be shaping up real nicely then, as we slowly but surely head out of cross-gen territory this year. The upcoming Xbox Series X|S RPG lands on October 13th, 2023.
Do you have room in your gaming schedule for Lords of the Fallen next month? Let us know if it's on your list down below!

I’ll probably get slammed for saying this, but I really hope that there is an easy difficulty setting on this. I’m not great at these games even though I wish I was!
This looks amazing, i would love to support the studio on day 1 but unfortunately my backlog is gigantic at this moment.
Will definitely get it down the line at some point.
@Kloppo
Totally agree, if it has gone down the souls and lies of p route, then it will probably be another great game that I won’t play.
Too many games this year!!!
@Kloppo would be nice but at least it has 'seamless' co-op
Dude this game is looking to be an actual competitor to FromSoftware's stuff. I'm sure that's not the case but this game is looking amazing.
@Kloppo Nothing wrong with that. Especially since almost all Souls like games can never get the balance right. Everything ends up being off in one way or another unlike what FromSoftware does. It would help this game more to have an easy mode in the event their game has any imbalance, then people can just slide the difficulty and actually roll credits lol.
