Shortly after delivering a new dynamic background for Madden fans, EA is back with another animated wallpaper for Xbox Series X|S users. This one is based off the newly-released Immortals of Aveum, and we must admit, this is one of the better looking options we've seen so far!
Adorned with the main character at the centre and some of the supporting cast surrounding him, this is a big, bold background option. The magic highlights look pretty nice too, here's how it looks when animated:
Immortals of Aveum launched this week to mixed reviews from critics, with some very wide-ranging scores overall. We've been playing this one throughout the week, so look out for our thoughts on this new EA Originals title soon!

Waiting for a Starfield one! The one with the controller is a bit bland.
Microshaft needs to add more abstract dynamic backgrounds.
I prefer the default background as having the background change when I move around the UI is the perfect "dynamic background"
This game is going to make a great quiz stumper in the near future. Forgettable to the max.
I’d rather have a free trial of the actual game, which is strangely absent from EA Play/GPU 🤔
@Nightcrawler71 aha, I was wondering whether they'd drop a trial. Guess I'll have to wait for the full game to drop to give it a try.
